But Mind Connector understands that gratitude is not only for remembering, but also for acting. The Fatherland has given us peace, an environment to learn, to develop, to live a full life. And to be grateful to the Fatherland, the best way is to turn the values received into contributions back to the community.
Mind Connector’s own path
Throughout our journey, Mind Connector has not chosen to express gratitude with grand slogans. We have chosen a quieter but more enduring path: accompanying the people who are directly preserving Vietnamese identity and contributing to the economy at the grassroots level.
They are artisans from traditional craft villages – the diligent hands that weave, carve, and bake to create products with Vietnamese soul. They are small businesses in the provinces – where there are not many opportunities to access new knowledge, but have the desire to rise up and maintain their role in the community.
Mind Connector comes to them not to change everything, but to connect inherent values with the needs of the times, helping them stand firm and develop in the new context.
Training – sowing knowledge
One of Mind Connector’s core activities is training. With a team of experts in many fields, we have implemented practical courses and training programs, from management skills, development strategies to marketing thinking and customer care.
The important thing is that the content is designed “tailor-made” for each target group – so that a craftsman does not feel unfamiliar with academic concepts, so that a small business owner does not have to struggle with a bunch of disparate knowledge. Instead, they receive tools that can be applied tomorrow, in their own work.
Consulting – long-term companionship
With Mind Connector, gratitude to the Fatherland is not a short-term program. Therefore, in addition to training, we also provide specialized consulting services for small businesses.
