Because the fair lasts only 5 days, but on the 5th day, most of the stalls clear their goods in the morning, not to mention counting travel days, so sometimes we only have 2-3 days left to survey 3 zones and each 4-storey area… Without direction, you will definitely miss or feel like there is nothing. Step 1: Before going to the fair, you need to do an online survey to see where the booth in your desired product area is located
Step 2: Go to the information counter, get the information booklet… Remember to stop by the counter next to get a free gift
Step 3: When you arrive at the area you want to survey, go to the middle, main road. This area will have extremely large booths, each booth sometimes has up to 9-12 standard booths. Here, you can see the general trends of the product groups you are interested in
Step 4: then, go into the small booths in the back. Because only when entering a small booth, you will be able to share or talk a lot with the booth owners, who are also experts, not to mention, you will be able to get a lot of information from A to Z, you can even receive gifts or buy product samples that you hardly have the opportunity to access in such depth at big booths
Mind team tells you how to remember and some habits when going to Canton Fair
- Wear low, soft, well-fitting shoes. Don’t wear new shoes or high heels
- Bring drinking water
- Have a rolling suitcase, because if you walk all day, a small basket or water bottle will be very heavy.
- 1 notebook and 1 stapler. When you go to a booth, if there is information on a business card, click on it and immediately write down the product information next to it, and even take a photo of the business card with that product
Take a photo of the stall owner and you at the stall. Remember to also take a photo of the stall’s nameplate, so that if you come back the next day, you won’t forget. Believe me, even if you have a super memory, you should not use it to search for where the measuring booth is, just review the photo you took with the booth owner
